In Stock items should arrive within 2-3 working days. Our couriers will contact you to make the necessary arrangements for delivery.

 

Our courier service will attempt delivery twice and will leave contact details if the consignee was not available. Should the consignee not respond within 5 days, the goods will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be applicable.

Payment for all orders is cash on delivery.

 

 

Made to order items

Bespoke items (upholstery and re-upholstery) will be custom-made especially for you and have an approximate 6-8 week lead time. Upon receipt of your order, a meeting will be arranged for a cost estimate and a contract will be sent to you. Once the contract has been signed and the order placed, any cancellations will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

 

In case of re-upholstery, we will arrange for the item(s) pickup upon confirmation and you will receive (in some cases where it is necessary) a sample of the fabric(s) in which your piece(s) will be re-upholstered.

 

We will deliver your new furniture on a mutually convenient day and you will be contacted with available time slots.

 

 

Measurements

Please make sure you measure correctly before placing your furniture order. Consider staircases, doorways or any tight spaces used as access points. If needed, one of our specialists will visit you to assist you in taking measurements. 


 

Returns and Exchange

While we hope that you’re always happy with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return/exchange items. Please contact us on +962 6 5885 355 or +962 77 50 300 50 to return or exchange your order. Elle n’ Be Home accepts returns for in-store credit only, In-Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price in the form of a coupon.

Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a store credit refund or exchange. Please make sure to return the merchandise in its original condition and a copy of your invoice. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

If you'd like to change or cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at  +962 6 5885 355 or +962 77 50 300 50. If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in the Returns and Exchange Policy.
