Registering and placing an order

To place an order, you have to be registered on Elle n’ Be Home website. We will require your full name, e-mail address, home address, telephone/mobile number, gender, birthday...etc. You will receive a registration confirmation e-mail in order to activate your account and enable you to proceed with the order. Without this information we will not be able to process your request or confirm the acceptance of your order and order status. We maintain a record of your past purchases you have made on Elle n’ Be Home website.

A contact telephone number is required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, to confirm your order status and delivery time or to verify your address. We may also pass this information to our couriers in case they need to contact you to arrange the delivery of your order and, under certain circumstances, with trusted third parties that provide services on our behalf or with whom we have partnered to offer a particular product or service.

We may also use this information to keep you updated on our latest products, special offers, news and developments. If you would rather not receive this information you will be able to unsubscribe from our newsletter by deselecting the newsletter option from your account profile.

You can review and change certain personal information about you such as your name and contact information. To access your information on Elle n’ Be website, simply sign in to your account using your email address and password, and you will be able to edit your personal information in your account profile.

Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Elle n’ Be and yourself takes place. We will not be able to proceed with the order delivery or any obligations due to the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions


If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by one of our Customer Services Representatives either by email or by phone.



Order Cancellation 


Please note that you are entitled to cancel you order If you wish prior to order dispatch, please contact our customer services department on on +962 6 5885 355 or +962 77 50 300 50 or  If your order has already been dispatched please follow the procedure set out in the Delivery and Returns policy.


Product Pricing, Descriptions & Images

All prices put out are in Jordanian Dinar. We will ensure that all products details, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are accurate when the relevant information was entered on the system. Although we try our utmost to keep the Website as up to date as possible, some information, including Product descriptions and availability, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order. The images shown online are for illustration purposes only. Many products are also shown with additional decorative items but these are not included in the sale of a product unless otherwise specified.



Sale Item Disclaimer

Due to the fact our stock levels are updated once every 24 hours a product may sell out during time you have placed your order and when we try to fulfill it. If this does happen we will contact you within 2 days with an alternative item or cancel the order upon your request.



Promotional Code Disclaimer

You can use distributed promotional codes through our website only and not in combination with any other offer. Each promotional code offer can be used only once. Offer expires 60 days from when you receive the promotional code. Only one discount code can be applied to any one order. These offers are not for resale or publication and only apply to personal orders



Bespoke Items

Bespoke items (upholstery and re-upholstery) will be custom-made especially for you and have an approximate 6-8 week lead time. . Please contact us on or call us at +962 6 5885 355 or +962 77 50 300 50 and tell us what you have in mind. Upon receipt of your order, a meeting will be arranged for a cost estimate and a contract will be sent to you. 50% down payment should be processed upon confirmation and the remaining 50% payment upon delivery. You may cancel your order at no cost before you sign the contract, however, any cancellations after you have signed should be within the first week from order confirmation and will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

In case of re-upholstery, we will arrange for the items pickup upon confirmation and you will receive (in some cases where it is necessary) a sample of the fabric in which your piece will be re-upholstered.




Payment for all orders is made cash upon delivery.
All prices are in Jordanian Dinar and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.


We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole decision.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website you must:

  • Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, delivery address and other requested information
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Specify a delivery address in the Kingdom of Jordan
